To underline our commitment to our service and results, our charging structure is a combination of No success No Fee and fixed and performance driven charges

In general, we make no charge on unsuccessful collections and our percentage rates are determined by the quality of the instructions. 

The factors taken into consideration are volume of cases, average balance, and average age, and status, e.g. prime debt, trace and collect, second or third placement, post legal and foreign. 

Our percentage rates as a general rule range between 15% and 45% dependant on the above factors.
